This is sub-contractor pipe fitting position in Newport News Shipyard. Must have 5 years pipe fitting experience, or proof of 1st class skill set, (graduate apprentice, etc.). Must have you own hand tools. Able to pass background check and drug free.

Compensation: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

We do things different. Our skilled craftsmen are required to complete a written exam and a performance evaluation. With that information we can provide an accurate assessment of their skill set. But that's not the end. If they lack certain skills we have the resources to help them learn the skills they need to become the best craftsman they can be.
