Must have shipboard rigging experience, with current NCCCO certifications. Must be able to provide "Riggin plan", including, path, interferences, weight, gear etc. You must also pass packground check and workability physcial, including drug screen.

Compensation: $27.00 per hour

We do things different. Our skilled craftsmen are required to complete a written exam and a performance evaluation. With that information we can provide an accurate assessment of their skill set. But that's not the end. If they lack certain skills we have the resources to help them learn the skills they need to become the best craftsman they can be.
